Baintic nodular rolls are obtained by adding alloy elements of Ni, Cr, Mo into the nodular cast iron, it is widely used on intermediate and finishing stand of wire and bar mill.
Product Description
Bainitic nodular cast iron rolls are called SGA rolls which obtained by adding more alloy elements of Ni, Cr, Mo into the nodular cast iron and following special heat treatment, the matrix is bainite. SGA rolls have high strength, good thermal properties and resistance to emergencies as well as small hardness gradient of working layer. it is widely used in the intermediate and stand of wire and bar mill.
